The Eastern Michigan University Police Department administers this basic defense course for women that uses realistic self-defense tactics and techniques specifically designed for women who are willing to consider defense as a viable option in situations where their life is in jeopardy. Upon completion of the course participants will be certified in Rape Aggression Defense Systems and will qualify for a lifetime return to practice at no additional cost.
