Summer 2022: Preparing Your Yard for Summer Fun

Summer is just around the corner, and, that means, it’s time to start preparing your yard for all of the fun activities you’ll be enjoying there! Tackle the Lawn

It’s important to start by assessing the condition of your lawn. If you have any dead patches, now is the time to seed and fertilize them. You should also mow your lawn regularly to keep it looking neat and tidy. Once you’ve taken care of the basics, you can start thinking about adding some fun summer flair to your yard!

Take a Dip

Dream big and consider a pool or hot tub. This will not only provide you with hours of enjoyment, but it will also make your yard the envy of the neighborhood! If a pool isn’t possible, consider setting up a sprinkler or kiddie pool for the little ones to enjoy.

Playing with Fire

Another great way to add summer fun to your yard is by putting in a fire pit. This is perfect for making s’mores and spending time with friends and family.

Get Comfortable

Don’t forget to add some seating to your yard so you can relax and enjoy sliding into summer with an outdoor hangout for your summer entertaining! A hammock or lawn chairs are perfect for this. Finally, don’t forget the little things that will make your summer even more enjoyable. Make sure you have bug spray on hand to keep those pesky mosquitoes away.
