  • 1 small bowl make sure it’s dry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • tsp nutmeg ground
  • tsp ginger ground
  • tsp cloves ground

Instructions
 

  • Mix the all the ingredients in a small dry bowl.
    1 tsp cinnamon, ⅔ tsp nutmeg, ⅔ tsp ginger, ⅓ tsp cloves
  • Store it in an air tight container, if you won't be using it immediately.

Easy-To-Make Pumpkin Spice Drinks

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin spice has been the de facto fall flavor. Whip up your own and customize it to your liking. This recipe calls for pumpkin purée which is available in grocery stores as canned pumpkin, or you can create your own from scratch. You can also subsitute the espresso for strongly brewed coffee or even instant coffee.

Equipment

  • 1 small water-tight, mircowave-safe jar
  • 1 mug
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 spoon

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup adjust to your preferred sweetness
  • 1 shot espresso adjust to your caffeine needs
  • tsp pumpkin spice
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine the milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice and maple syrup in an water-tight jar. Mix the ingredients and froth the milk by virgorously shaking the mixture for about 1 minute.
    ½ cup milk, 1 tsp pumpkin purée, ⅕ tsp pumpkin spice, 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Remove the lid and put the milk mixture into the microwave for 30 seconds or until the milk froth rises to the top.
  • Pour your espress into your mug.
    1 shot espresso
  • Using a spoon, layer your milk on top of your expresso, or you can just mix your pumpkin-spiced milk into your coffee.
  • If you want your latte iced, simply pour your expresso and pumpkin-spiced milk over ice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup brewed coffee optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the whole milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, sugar, ice cubes and coffee (optional) into the blender. Blend until smooth.
    2 cups whole milk, ½ cup pumpkin purée, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 cup brewed coffee, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup ice cubes, 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pour the milkshake (or frappé, if you added the coffee) into your glasses. Optionally, garnish with some whipped cream, and add a dash of pumpkin spice on top.
