Five Places To Catch a Great Yoga Class This Week

While we all know the need to breath and stretch throughout the day, we wanted to share the Black-owned yoga studios to get back into practice.

Top Five Places to Take A Yoga Class This Week

I took my first yoga class this week at Distinct Life’s Elevated Yoga class in Royal Oak hosted by Yolanda and husband, Rick Williams, owners of Creme Blends and Distinct Life. The elevated yoga experience offered prerolls from Viola brand and taught by Nila Ellison who loves to combine her love for reggae music and yoga, provided all the tools needed to engage. My moves weren’t as fluid as they should have been and I felt that I needed to get back in the yoga game for both clarity and flexibility.

While we all know the need to breath and stretch throughout the day, we wanted to share the Black-owned yoga studios to help you get back into practice and support our community of small business owners. We implore you to continue to support these entrepreneurs as some of them are struggling to make it.
