Oprah’s New Role and Bow Wow’s New Gig

Go Oprah

Oprah Winfrey’s name is popping up all over the place. She just signed a deal with Tyler Perry to create two sitcoms for the “OWN” Network.

“Forbes” has her at the top of the list of highest paid women and she is coming back to the big screen in Lee Daniels “The Butler.” Winfrey hasn’t been on the big screen since “Beloved.”

In the movie, she plays the wife of Forrest Whitaker’s character, Eugene Allen, a White House butler who worked through eight presidencies. Winfrey was recently asked about her kissing scene with Whitaker to which she replied, “I felt pretty good about it, let me just say. Forest is a good kisser, how about that? Thank you, Keisha Whitaker.”

No word on that love scene with co-star, Terrence Howard, who is 15 years her junior; though, she did release a picture. You go, girl! The movie will be out in 2013 and the cast is rounded out by Jane Fonda, Lenny Kravitz, James Brolin, Robin Williams, Alex Pettyfer and many others. Can’t wait to see it.

Hope Tameka Has a Place to Stay

Well, you know what they say, “for every action, there is a reaction.” Tameka Raymond has been living in Usher’s digs since the 2009 divorce with no problem. No sooner than she makes some statements in regards to his interview with Oprah Winfrey, she received noticed that her life in the 12,000 sq. ft. palace is no more. The property is going up for sale and she has 60 days to vacate. Wow.

Bow Wow’s New Gig

When I heard that rapper Bow Wow was one of the new hosts for BET’s 106 & Park, I thought, “Really?” I just didn’t see him doing it. Seems like he would be more comfortable just hanging as he has.

Well, now I know why-Bow Wow was broke. This regular paycheck will be coming in quite handy, especially with the child support order he was just handed.

Oh, on a side note, looks like Bow Wow wasn’t completely honest about his income so in a couple of months, his payments will go up for sure. When will people stop laying down and making these babies that they don’t want to claim or support later?

I mean, he wouldn’t be behind in child support if he hadn’t skipped along like the child wasn’t his in the first place. You do remember the whole, “that’s not my baby” drama?
